Impact Due to the hardware failure some users experienced slow access or could not access some services located in the Data Centre. The issue was variable in effect.
Notes
Hardware failure of a component of the firewall server.
The firewalls service is currently provisioned by a backup server.
Faulty hardware component of the primary firewall server will be further replaced.
