During the outage the Blackberry E-mail Service was not accessible from mid-day Saturday 1st September.
Users should now get all the messages which were in their E-mail accounts but had not been delivered to their Blackberry devices since Saturday afternoon.
It should be noted that the date and time of the message shown on the Blackberry device is when the massage arrived on the device, however on the e-mail accounts the date and time is when it arrived in the mail box.
Thus a message which arrived on Sunday 2/9/07 in the mail, will show Monday 3/9/07 on the Blackberry, but when the message is opened it will show that the message was sent on Sunday 2/9/07.
There was no mail lost during the outage
