Telephony UNSW Voicemail Service UNSW Voicemail is a computerised voice messaging service for staff at Kensington and Randwick campuses and comes free of charge for all standard services. If you don't already have Voicemail for your phone extension contact the IT Service Centre or create your own service centre request via the IT Self-Service web interface. You can also take over an existing Voicemail box - for example if you have taken over someone else's role. *Guide for Kensington Campus.
