These pages are designed to assist Alumni in getting the most out of their UNSW Alumni Life Email account.

UNSW Alumni Life Email is available to all UNSW Alumni. For information about the Life Email offer please visit the UNSW Alumni website or contact the Alumni Office on +61 (2) 9385 3279 or email: alumni@unsw.edu.au.

Before you can use your Alumni email address you need to activate your account. Follow the instructions on the activation pages:

» Go to the Alumni Email Activation pages

After you have activated your email account you can use a web browser or email client to send and read your Alumni emails. Alternatively you can forward your Alumni addressed emails to your current email service.

» Go to the Alumni Email Access options pages

Once you are comfortable using your new Alumni email service you may like to see what configuration options are available, such as:

Spam filtering
Virus filtering
Changing your password
Setting a vacation message
Checking your usage
