If you are an IT at UNSW staff member: enter your UNSW Staff Number and your UniPass password at the login prompt.

I don't know my Staff Number
Your staff number can be found on your UNSW swipe card. It begins with an 's' or 'z' if you are permanent or 'm' if you are miscellaneous (eg casual or on contract) and is entered in the form of s1234567.

I don't have a UniPass or I've forgotten my UniPass
Contact the IT Service Centre on ext 51333 to obtain a new UniPass password

I entered my Staff Number and UniPass and it still didn't work
You need to register to access the IT at UNSW Intranet, access doesn't happen automatically. If your staff number changes you will need to re-register.

IT at UNSW staff only - contact the IT Service Centre and ask them to log a call to the IT at UNSW Web Coordinator.

My assigned UniPass from the Service Centre is too hard to remember
You can change your UniPass once it is given to you. Go to the IDM website, enter your Staff Number and UniPass then click 'Login' to continue. Scroll up to the 'Unipass' button click on it to change your UniPass.

Always keep your UniPass secure and confidential as it is used to access a number of secure University web services including the myUNSW pay and leave management pages.
