myIT Mobile

myIT Mobile provides convenient access to UNSW Australia IT services.

Features include:

  • Quickly request & receive real-time, location based support
  • Easily review and update an existing support request
  • Provide feedback and rate your support requests
  • Find Assistance Counter locations
  • Reset your zPass/UniPass
  • Find an IT Service



MyIT Mobile

What's New in Version 2.0

  • You can now receive real-time, location based support from UNSW IT Heroes across campus. Simply tap on “Get Help” to submit your request.
  • In addition, you can now update, provide feedback and rate your existing support requests.

The new myIT Mobile app is available on iTunes and Google Play.
