Remote Access VPN Service Replacement

What is Happening?

The UNSW Remote Access VPN service (using the Cisco VPN client) has been replaced and will be decommissioned.

Why is this Happening?

Staff should now access the VPN service using the Cisco AnyConnect client which is already in place.

When is this Happening?

The old service will be switched off at 9:00am AEST on Tuesday 7 October 2014.

What do I need to do?

If you are still using the old VPN service, please connect to the new Cisco AnyConnect client. The instructions can be found at https://www.it.unsw.edu.au/staff/vpn/index.html

Who do I contact?

If you are unable to access your email after updating your settings using the above instructions, please contact the IT Service Centre via phone (02) 9385-1333.
