Voice Networks provides Call Centre services via the Genesys suite of applications. These market leading applications are closely integrated into the universities telephone systems and currently provide call centre services to 12 IT and business units throughout UNSW.
These applications provide the business the ability to segment customers based on their value to your business and allows you to provide the highest level of service to your most important customers. The suite consists of the Genesys Enterprise Routing solution, including Genesys Framework, Genesys Reporting (historical and real-time), Genesys Voice Treatment option (VTO) IVR and other OEM software components.
